The admission fee is charged once to cover enrollment and onboarding. It is non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
Monthly fees are charged for the month in which classes are attended. A month already started is non-refundable. Unused future months may be adjusted at the institute’s discretion.
For one-time or fixed-fee batches, refunds are considered only before the batch starts. After the batch starts, the fee is non-refundable.
If you pay twice, pay the wrong amount, or pay to an incorrect UPI ID, contact us immediately with the UTR/screenshot. Verified duplicate or excess payments are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If a batch is cancelled by Brightway Classes before it starts, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another batch.
Send a WhatsApp message or email with your name, phone number, course/batch, payment date, amount and UTR/screenshot. We will confirm the outcome within 3 working days.
