West Bengal Police (WBP) recruitment is conducted by the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) for filling Constable, Sub-Inspector (SI), and other ranks in the state police force. Interview round for shortlisted candidates carrying 20 marks. Candidates are assessed on communication skills, general awareness, situational response, and personality traits. Document verification is also conducted at this stage.
